On our way to buy tomato plants at Art Knapp's, we decided to check out the display suite at Trellaine. We've done this many times at different developments, but this time after 2 ½ hours we were the proud owners of unit #48. May Kam was a great salesperson; her excitement and enthusiasm were infectious. Throughout the process, May has always taken time to answer all of our questions and has always made us feel welcome. Construction seems to have gone smoothly and we are excited and eagerly anticipating moving into our new home.

I'm a first-time buyer full of all the anxieties & fears of first-time buyers. As soon as I walked into the Trellaine display suite, met the wonderful sales staff and saw the suite, I knew I had finally found the home I wanted. What really made purchasing the home I wanted very comfortable was the steps the sales staff took to explain everything to me. They saw my fear and anxiety and used all their wonderful skills in giving me the information I need to feel relaxed and especially unpressured in purchasing the property.
Furthermore, after I signed on the dotted line, I was still given the kindness and courtesy from the staff to any further questions I had. At no time, from first viewing the display suite to the present have I ever been made to feel unwelcome in any questions I have had.

As a member of the Heatherstone strata council for the past several years, I've had regular involvement with Magusta. They have proven to be a valuable resource during the formation and continuing operation of our strata council and maintenance and operation of our building.
The quality of construction has proven itself over the life of the building as no serious issues have arisen. In addition, other groups that have performed inspections and maintenance services on the building have stated that the building is in good shape given its age.
