Heatherstone

Executing innovative projects is a must at Magusta Development. So, for Heatherstone on 16th Ave. and Heather St., we set out to build 65 incredible units that combined art with state-of-the-art. How? By developing heritage-style Vancouver homes with built-in modern-day technologies.

The Facilities

The beautiful Heatherstone is one of the first buildings in Vancouver that used rain screen technology. It features a wood-frame superstructure, a classic Mansard roof and gorgeous cultured-stone fencing - a perfect reflection of the heritage of Vancouver's "Cambie" neighborhood. It's the future of city living, but still classic at heart.

"The quality of construction has proven itself over the life of the building."

The Community

The neighbourhood is vibrant, the amenities are all around and the only transportation necessary is two feet and a pair of comfy shoes. That's life at Heatherstone: exciting, convenient, good. The commercial strip on Cambie Street is a block away, and Heather Park and Douglas Park are so close they might as well be called the backyard.

As a member of the Heatherstone strata council for the past several years, I've had regular involvement with Magusta. They have proven to be a valuable resource during the formation and continuing operation of our strata council and maintenance and operation of our building.

The quality of construction has proven itself over the life of the building as no serious issues have arisen. In addition, other groups that have performed inspections and maintenance services on the building have stated that the building is in good shape given its age.
