Laurel House at the Park

When we built the 120-unit Laurel House at the Park in Calgary, Alberta, we didn’t do it to win awards. We built it to see people go home to the new condo they’ve always wanted.

But it didn't take long for these eye-catching one bedroom and two bedroom apartments to catch the attention of the Calgary Home Builders Association. Needless to say, they liked what they saw and awarded Laurel House at the Park with National SAM Awards for “Best Low Rise Apartment Community” and “Best Sales and Information Centre, Multi-Family.” We were happy to receive the accolades but, more importantly, our customers are happy living in award-winning homes.

The Facilities

We know location matters, so we found the perfect, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Calgary. We also know that looks are important, of course, so we built Laurel House with well-thought-out, beautiful design features like brush metal fireplaces in each suite. Its facilities include a professionally- equipped exercise room and a lovely fireside lounge that's perfect for any social occasion.
